In view of the growing boom in Real Estate and Construction sector and the starting of Real Estate Mutual Funds and Retail Sector, there is ample scope for the group to expand and diversify into other prime activities related to the construction industry. This division has executed prestigious projects in Coimbatore and in the process of coming out with another Residential complex in the prime location on Trichy Road, Coimbatore. It has plans to develop IT Parks, Hotels, Large Revenue Generating Projects (Tourism) etc., M/s Cheran Enterprises Private Limited (CEPL) is the flagship company for all the activities to be undertaken by this division. CEPL has entered into a Joint Venture with ORE Holdings Limited of Mauritius ( US$ 16 Million/ Rs.75 Crores) with an objective of developing the properties of the group – Construction of Hotel, Shopping Complex and Information Technology Park etc., ORE Holdings Limited is the subsidiary company of M/s Fair Fax Group, a 40 Billion USD Fund based at Canada.
