The group has Tea Plantation at Terrace Estate in a sprawling area of about 1200 acres with a Tea Factory on the estate. This Tea Estate is one of the oldest and famous estates in Nilgiris with all climatic requisites conducive for Tea Plantation. The estate is suitable for horticulture, floriculture and vegetable cultivation also. The division is all set for expansion and rejuvenation of Tea Estate with the funds coming from Special Purpose Tea Fund, exploring the various avenues in entering into Horticulture and Floriculture, Tissue Culture Lab and other agri related segments.

The group has acquired two companies – 1) Sporting Pastime India Limited and 2) Hindcorp Resorts Private Limited, originally promoted by “The Hindu” news paper group. These two companies will be the flagship companies for this division to promote the activities of Resorts and Golf Courses etc.,
